Complete workshop description: In this interactive workshop, Christie will take you through the basics of how your voice works and what you need to think about when considering your vocal hygiene; what are you doing on a daily basis to maintain the health of your voice? You will work together to generate ideas on achievable ways to care for your voice and then use the provided template to create your own custom vocal hygiene plan - a plan that works for you!
Christie Rotarius is a voice teacher, actor, singer, vocal health first aider, and singing voice specialist currently working out of Seattle. As a performer who survived a vocal inury, surgery and recovery, she has made it her life's work to arm other performers with knowledge of how to reduce the risks of injury and to also remove the stigma of vocal injury and recovery.
